Description

The product is made of industry recognized high-quality free cutting lead brass HPb59-1, strictly produced in accordance with GB/T 5231 and GB/T 4423-2007 standards. Its chemical composition and mechanical properties are precisely controlled to ensure that each product has excellent comprehensive quality.

 

In terms of composition, HPb59-1 is based on 57.0% -60.0% copper, with 38% -41% zinc to adjust strength and plasticity, and 0.8% -1.9% lead added to form a free state distributed at grain boundaries. This not only significantly improves cutting performance, but also endows the material with good self-lubricating properties, reducing friction losses after pipeline connections. At the same time, strictly control the iron content to be ≤ 0.5% and the total amount of other impurities to be ≤ 0.2%, effectively ensuring the uniformity and corrosion resistance of the material. 

 

In terms of mechanical properties, the annealed tensile strength of this material can reach 350-500MPa, and it can even exceed 600MPa after cold processing. The elongation rate is maintained at 15% -25%, and it has excellent compressive and plastic deformation capabilities. It can adapt to pressure fluctuations under different working conditions and avoid damage to pipeline connections due to uneven stress. In addition, its density is 8.5-8.7 g/cm ³, which is more conducive to lightweight design compared to pure copper, and its conductivity reaches 28% -32% IACS, making it suitable for pipeline scenarios where conductivity needs to be taken into account.
