1. Core structure design
The equal diameter compression three-way valve has a three-way branch structure as its core, and the three interface diameters are completely consistent, which can achieve vertical diversion or merging of pipelines and meet the branch connection requirements of pipes of the same specifications. The main body adopts a circular arc transition design, and all three interfaces are socket structures. Each socket is equipped with a dedicated rubber sealing ring, which is pressed tightly with a special hydraulic tool to form a hexagonal indentation with the pipe. This not only ensures the physical fixation of each interface, but also achieves full interface sealing protection, eliminating the risk of looseness and leakage at branch connections, while minimizing fluid resistance at the branch.

Brass naturally has a certain degree of corrosion resistance, which can resist common media such as tap water, gas, and hot water erosion. It is non-magnetic, hygienic, and non-toxic, meeting the hygiene standards for drinking water transportation. At the same time, it has excellent thermal conductivity and is suitable for temperature difference scenarios such as hot and cold water, HVAC, etc. Its service life can reach more than 50 years. The surface can be treated with natural passivation, nickel plating, etc. to enhance corrosion resistance and aesthetics, and is suitable for various installation environments such as exposed and concealed installation.
Sealing ring material: the matching sealing ring is made of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), chlorinated butyl rubber or silicone rubber, which has excellent compatibility with brass substrate, and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance (-20 ℃ to 130 ℃), anti-aging, health, non-toxic, long-term stability of sealing performance, etc. It can accurately adapt to different media such as hot and cold water, gas, compressed air, etc., avoid chemical reaction with brass, and ensure sealing effect and use safety.
