The heating, processing, and cooling time are adjusted according to the nominal outer diameter of the pipeline (the heating time is appropriately extended when the ambient temperature is below 20 ℃, and 50% when it is below 0 ℃); When connecting the stainless steel outer wire end, it is necessary to wrap the raw material tape or install a sealing gasket at the thread, manually tighten it and reinforce it moderately to avoid excessive force damaging the thread.

After cutting the pipeline, the burrs and edges should be removed and rounded. The PB socket end face should be clean, dry, and free of oil stains; The surface of the stainless steel outer wire needs to be wiped clean to avoid impurities affecting the sealing effect. The hot melt docking should be completed according to the marked socket depth, and there should be no rotation operation to ensure the connection strength.

Pipe fittings should be stored in a ventilated warehouse to avoid exposure to sunlight, heat sources, and humid environments. Stainless steel outer wires should be well protected against corrosion; The horizontal stacking height should not exceed 1.5m. When handling, handle with care to prevent severe impact and sharp objects from damaging the PB body and threaded structure.
