Brass insulated ball valve is a ball valve made of brass. It controls the opening or closing of the medium in the pipeline by rotating the ball. It is mainly used for the on/off control of fluid pipeline systems such as water, oil, and gas.

High Pressure Resistance
The valve body is made of HPb59-1 high-purity brass, with a wall thickness designed to withstand pressures ≤1.6MPa. It will not deform even after long-term transport of hot water, steam, weak acid/alkali liquids, or HVAC media.
Corrosion Resistance
The brass contains ≥59% copper, naturally resistant to water, steam, and weak acid/alkali corrosion. Even with prolonged contact between the sealing surface and the ball, the leakage rate remains ≤0.01%.
Anti-Condensation
The valve body has uniform heat conduction. Combined with an insulation layer, condensation does not form on the surface under temperature differences ≥40℃, preventing condensate from corroding the floor or adjacent equipment.
Multi-Media Compatibility
The materials and structure are compatible with water, oil, gas, steam, and mildly corrosive chemical media. The operating temperature range is -20℃ to 120℃, suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial systems.
