Working Principle

Brass Check Gate Valve is used in pipeline systems to achieve unidirectional flow and on/off control of media. It can prevent backflow of media in the pipeline, and at the same time, the pipeline can be opened or closed by moving the gate up and down. It is suitable for fluid transportation systems such as water, oil, and gas.

Pressure Resistance

The valve body is made of high-copper-content brass, which has a high pressure resistance capacity. The working pressure range is 0.1–1.6 MPa.

Sealing
The valve plate and seat have a metal-to-metal contact surface. When closed, the leakage rate is ≤0.01%, requiring no elastic or auxiliary seals.

Continuous Flow Channel

The internal flow channel of the valve body maintains a continuous cross-section, without any reduction in diameter or stepped structure, resulting in low pressure loss when the medium passes through.

Adjustable Valve Plate Opening
The valve plate rotation angle determines the flow rate, with a quantifiable adjustment range of 0–100%.

Modular Design
The valve core and valve plate are independent, detachable components. The structure is compact and the force path is clear. Replacement or maintenance does not affect the valve body's pressure resistance capacity.
