The working principle of an automatic exhaust valve is to use the force of the floating ball rising and falling with the liquid level to link the opening and closing of the exhaust device, achieving the purpose of automatic exhaust. When there is air in the system, the gas accumulates at the upper part of the exhaust valve, and the accumulation of bubbles inside the body causes the floating ball to drop with the water level, thus opening the exhaust piston; After the gas is exhausted, the water level rises and the float also rises, closing the exhaust piston. The automatic exhaust valve utilizes the force of the float rising and falling with the liquid level to link the opening and closing of the exhaust device, achieving the purpose of automatic exhaust. When gas is collected into the valve body, due to the pressure effect, the liquid level in the valve body moves downwards, and the float descends accordingly. When it reaches the lower limit, the linkage lever system opens the exhaust valve port, and under the action of the spring elasticity, the exhaust port is closed. In this way, the gas is continuously collected, emitted, re collected, and re emitted, completing the automatic exhaust process of the pipeline and equipment system.
