Manual temperature control valve (angle type) is a type of angle valve that adjusts the temperature of the controlled object by manually rotating the control handle to change the valve core opening to control the medium flow rate. Its core structure is different from that of a straight through valve. The valve body flow channel is designed with a 90 ° angle, which has both adjustment and shut-off functions. It can achieve pipeline turning without the need for additional elbows, greatly saving installation space, especially suitable for working conditions where pipeline layout is limited and requires right angle turning.


The core components of the product include: angular valve body, valve core, valve stem, manual adjustment handle, and sealing components. The overall structure is simple, easy to disassemble, and has low maintenance costs in the later stage. It does not rely on electricity or automatic control systems and is suitable for scenarios that require high autonomy in regulation and stable working conditions.

Working principle and adjustment advantages

 

 

The manual temperature control valve (angle type) is based on the core principle of "flow regulation and temperature control", and changes the gap between the valve core and the valve seat through manual operation of the adjustment handle: when the handle rotates clockwise, the valve core moves towards the valve seat, the opening of the flow channel decreases, the flow rate of the medium decreases, and the temperature of the controlled object decreases accordingly; When the handle rotates counterclockwise, the valve core moves away from the valve seat, the opening of the flow channel increases, the flow rate of the medium increases, and the temperature of the controlled object gradually increases. The handle is equipped with a clear opening scale (0-100%), and the operator can accurately set the flow rate according to the temperature control requirements. Combined with temperature monitoring instruments, visual adjustment is achieved to ensure that the temperature control accuracy error is within ± 1 ℃.

 

Compared to straight through manual temperature control valves, the angle structure has three core advantages: firstly, the design of the channel angle is suitable for installation in narrow spaces such as boiler outlets, pipeline corners, and equipment inlets and outlets, reducing pipeline resistance and energy consumption; Secondly, the valve body flow channel is smooth and free of dead zone residue, avoiding valve core jamming caused by medium deposition, especially suitable for media such as steam and thermal oil that are prone to scaling; Thirdly, it has excellent sealing performance and adopts a hard seal (metal to metal) or soft seal (PTFE) structure to adapt to different pressure and temperature conditions, ensuring the airtightness of the system.
