High Sealing
The valve seat contacts the wedge-shaped/parallel gate surface, ensuring no leakage of the medium at a rated pressure of 16 Bar, achieving reliable pipeline isolation.
Low Pressure Drop Flow Channel Design
The valve cavity has a smooth flow channel. When the valve is fully open, the fluid flow through the pipe diameter is almost the same as the pipeline diameter. The pressure drop for DN20–DN50 diameters is ≤0.05MPa, reducing energy loss.
Corrosion and Wear Resistance
The valve body, gate, and stem are all made of brass, resistant to water, oil, and weak acid and alkali media. Long-term use can withstand pressures ≥1.6MPa, and it is not easily worn.
Flexible Actuation
When manually actuated, the opening torque of DN20–DN50 valves is ≤5N·m. The structure is compatible with electric or pneumatic actuation, facilitating use in pipeline networks with varying levels of automation.
